Our Story

Established in 2021, Hoys Farm Produce Pods was founded by Ben and Emily, two young people with a passion for rearing animals for the table in a high welfare and sustainable system. Starting with a handful of sheep and some weaners, they set out on their mission. After winning a grant from The Henry Plumb Foundation and convincing Ben's parents where HFPP is based, a chilled vending machine arrived and was placed at the front of the farm. The ‘pod’ is open to the local community to come and select the products that Ben and Emily produce on the farm, as well as honey that has been produced on the farm by local beekeepers.
